This policy explains how Ozyr Online ("Ozyr", "we", "us") handles information when you visit ozyr.online or contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or email. Ozyr is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger: your phone number or account ID, your profile name, the message content, and the date and time.
- Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, company and project details when you enquire about our services.
- Basic technical data our web host records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal data through these channels.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and enquiries.
- To provide, quote for and deliver the services you request.
- To keep a record of our conversations so we can follow up properly.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your messages for advertising.
WhatsApp and Meta platforms
Messages sent to our WhatsApp number are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messenger and Instagram messages are also handled by Meta. Meta processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. We store a copy of messages in our own private, password-protected inbox so we can reply.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the service providers needed to run our business: Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) for messaging, and our hosting provider for the website and inbox. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and enquiry details for as long as they are needed to serve you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Security
Our site and inbox use HTTPS encryption, and the inbox can only be opened with a password. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including your message history.
- Email info@ozyr.online with the subject "Data deletion request", or send "DELETE MY DATA" to us on WhatsApp or Messenger.
- Include the phone number or account name you contacted us from.
- We will delete your data from our inbox and records within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Copies held by Meta are controlled by Meta. You can manage them in your WhatsApp or Facebook settings.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
